    CANCELLATION and NO SHOW POLICY

    We request that you please review our cancellation and no show policy below.

    Days Prior to departure : Cancellation fee

    • 8 days or more : No charge
    • 4 to 7 days : 30% of price for minimum orders
    • 3 to 1 day : 50% of price for minimum orders
    • Departure day or No show : 100% of price for minimum orders

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may contact us by email ( hello@edoventure-cruise.com ) or call us at 03-6823-4337 ( If you call from outside Japan +81-3-6823-4337 ). Leave your information on our answering service if we are unable to answer your call.

    Due to unforeseen weather and to ensure the safety of your cruise, operations and schedules may change or cancel. In that case, we will refund full amount.
